Office Manager

Winmar provides emergency and reconstruction services to homes, businesses, industrial and institutional properties after they have been damaged by fire, water, sewage, mould, asbestos, vehicle impacts, etc. 

Job Title
The position of Office Manager consists of overseeing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. 

General Responsibilities 

Office staff recruiting, hiring, orientation and training
Supervising office staff 
Overseeing job management information/entry
Payroll and payroll management 
Timesheet management 
Benefits management  
Overseeing Basic accounting - AR/AP, invoicing, deposits, data entry, statements, etc.
Collections 
Health & Safety and Marketing duties 
Other company duties 

Terms Of Employment 
Permanent, full time
Monday - Friday 
8:00am - 5:00pm

Experience 
1-3 year. Willing to train. 

Languages 
Speak English, Read English, Write English 

Essential Skills 
Computer skills, reading text, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, finding information. 

Performance Skills 
Reliable, punctual, pays attention to detail, willing to learn, excellent written and verbal communication in English, leadership skills, time management, no criminal record 

Compensation

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
